Our loyal client, with whom we had cooperated previously, commissioned us the sale of an apartment in a tenement house in Warsaw’s Śródmieście Południowe district, at the iconic Wilcza Street. Tenement houses are unique and special buildings in Warsaw because their supply is limited, and there are no more historic tenement houses under construction. We sold the apartment in the so-called off-market system (off-market sales are non-published listings) with a partner agency. Shortly after preparing the offer, we contacted our partners, reached several interested buyers and informed that we had something special for sale. A few days later, we organized an open day during which 4 presentations took place.
